Support Columns
The free-standing columns are made of high-strength structural steel and serve as the independent support system for the crane runway. They eliminate the need for building reinforcement and allow flexible installation anywhere in the facility. Columns are designed with robust base plates, anchor bolts, and optional height customization to ensure long-term stability and safe load handling. |

Main Girder
The main girder is the primary load-bearing beam of the crane, manufactured from welded box sections or rolled steel profiles (depending on capacity and span). It delivers high rigidity, minimal deflection, and smooth three-axis lifting performance. The surface is treated with anti-corrosion coating to ensure durability in industrial environments. |

End Beams
End beams connect the main girder to the runway rails and allow the crane to travel horizontally. Each end truck is equipped with precision-machined wheels, bearings, and optional motorized drive systems for stable, low-noise, and vibration-free movement. Runway Beam & Rail System
The runway system consists of steel runway beams and high-strength rails installed on the free-standing columns. It provides the travel path for the crane and ensures high running accuracy over long spans. Electric Trolley
The electric trolley moves along the main girder and carries the hoist.
