Last month, we received an order from an Indonesian customer, who needed to purchase 8 sets of LDA end beams for use with the main beams of overhead cranes.

Specification 1 (4 sets):
Length: 1.55m (corresponding to the connection span of the main beams); Width: 0.32m (transverse dimension of the end beams); Height: 0.35m (including the thickness of the load-bearing web). They are forged from Q355B low-alloy high-strength structural steel, with a self-weight of 185kg per set.

Specification 2 (4 sets):
Length: 1.83m (suitable for main beams with larger spans); Width: 0.36m (to enhance transverse stability); Height: 0.5m (with a thickened load-bearing structure). The material is Q355B steel of the same grade, with a self-weight of 220kg per set.

At present, these 8 sets of end beams have been packed, all in wooden cases, to ensure they won’t be damaged by collisions during transportation. This batch of goods will be shipped from Shanghai Port this week, with a total sea voyage of approximately 28 days.

Going forward, we will continue to follow up on customer feedback regarding usage, and provide them with supplies of vulnerable parts as well as annual maintenance plans.
