An overseas client needed a complete set of 100‑tonne crane end carriages and two winch trolleys. The units had to meet specific span, hoisting speed, duty classification, and electrical interface standards, while also fitting the client’s existing runway rails and plant structure.
Custom engineering – We redesigned the end carriage structure to match the client’s operating conditions, verifying strength and rigidity through detailed stress calculations. The winch trolleys were tailored with custom drums and gearboxes to meet the required rope speed and drum capacity.
Superior manufacturing – All critical welds underwent 100% NDT inspection. Wheel treads and bearing seats were precision‑machined to ±0.02 mm tolerances. After assembly, each unit passed a full simulated load test, with all performance indicators meeting or exceeding the client’s specifications.
On‑time shipping – Production was strictly scheduled. After completion, we planned the container loading layout based on the actual situation.The shipment was boxed and departed the port exactly as scheduled.
The cargo arrived on schedule. The client’s on‑site inspection passed without a single remark, and the installation ran smoothly. The client highly appreciated both our product quality and delivery reliability.
