Combined Flexible Crane

Steel Structure Requirements: An additional set of steel structure support is needed, and more steel structures are required for the suspended type.
Application Scenarios: It is suitable for workplaces with limited space but requiring flexible layout, such as small workshops and maintenance workshops. The crane layout can be adjusted at any time according to different production needs.
Combined Rigid Crane
Structure: It consists of a supporting steel structure, a fixed rail and a main beam. The connections between the I-beam and the rail, and between the rail and the main beam are both rigid. When one component is displaced or stressed, the connected components will not be displaced or relatively deformed relative to the first component. The track has high strength and good stability.
Support Center: For the self-standing type, it is generally 6 m – 9 m. For the suspended type, it is 1.6 m – 9 m.
Main Beam Span: The main beam can be up to 10 meters long.
Walking Characteristics: The left and right walking of the main beam is consistent and easy to position.
Steel Structure Requirements: It has a truly self-standing structure, and the long support center saves steel structures.
Application Scenarios: It is suitable for large factories and warehouses and is used to achieve the rapid handling of materials between different work areas. It is especially suitable for production lines such as machining and assembly.
