In order to ensure the integrity of the electric hoists during transportation, customized wooden cases are used for packaging, and professional protective materials are filled inside to absorb vibrations and isolate impacts, ensuring that there are fewer bumps during transportation.
To enhance the customer’s user experience, we will assist the customer in completing the site planning and equipment installation and commissioning when the goods arrive. After the installation is completed, the technicians will explain the operation and maintenance to enable the customer to master the equipment operation and daily maintenance proficiently.
