One month ago, we received an inquiry from a long-term Mexican customer. The customer expressed great satisfaction with the performance of the 5 electric hoists previously purchased from WEIYING, and thus planned to procure another batch of electric hoists from WEIYING for an industrial park project in Mexico. Upon receiving the customer’s inquiry, our sales team and engineers immediately developed the relevant plan and quotation.
On the day after the plan and quotation were sent, we held an online meeting with the customer. During the meeting, in response to the customer’s questions such as “whether the equipment can adapt to the local 380V three-phase voltage” and “how the heat dissipation performance is in high-temperature environments”, the engineers demonstrated the voltage adaptation modification plan and the continuous operation test data of the equipment under the high-temperature working condition of 45℃ one by one. They also introduced the price advantage of this plan — this cooperation could help the customer save approximately 12% of the procurement cost. Finally, we gained the customer’s approval, and confirmed the order details and signed the procurement contract on the same day.
Considering the large quantity of goods purchased by the customer, the logistics department took preventive measures in advance to avoid problems such as cargo loss, collision and damage. They allocated a 20-foot standard container from Qingdao Port and consigned it to the factory for loading. During the container loading process, the principle of “heavy items at the bottom and light items on top” was strictly followed to prevent cargo damage during transportation. After the loading was completed, the warehouse department checked the quantity and specifications of the goods one by one. After confirming that they were completely consistent with the packing list, the container door was tightly sealed. Subsequently, the container was transported to Qingdao Port by a trailer and delivered to the cooperative ocean shipping company, which was responsible for shipping it to the port in Mexico.
